Returns Policy

At Discount Pebble Tile we do everything in our power to make our customers happy! If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our uninstalled products you can just ship them back to us and we will refund your money minus a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the initial free shipping to you as well as the labor involved in checking all the returned tile for damage and reboxing.

To minimize the chance of returns we strongly encourage you to order a sample of our products before placing your full order. We do everything we can to make the pictures on our site as representative as possible but each computer monitor displays colors slightly different!

Shipping

We ship every weekday at Noon PST. Orders placed before Noon will be shipped the same day.

Most orders are shipped via USPS but occasionally orders from the West Coast will be shipped via UPS for the fastest delivery.

Average Delivery Times:

West Coast: 1-2 Business Days
Central: 2-4 Business Days
East Coast: 4-6 Business Days

International Shipping Information

Our free shipping policy covers the entire U.S.A. including Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands. 

Aside from the above we do not directly ship internationally due to the heavy weight of our product and issues with customs forms, varying regulations etc. 

If you are in Canada or elsewhere abroad there are still some options for getting our product! If you are in Canada and close to the border we can ship to the nearest U.S. based UPS store or receiving location and you can pick the product up there. 

There are also several freight forwarding services you can use that will give you a U.S. based address to ship to and then will forward the cargo on to you.
